Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using RedBlueQA. These terms govern your access to and use of our bug detection platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
RedBlueQA ("Service") is operated by RedBlueQA Technologies Private Limited ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using RedBlueQA ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid subscribers.
2. Description of Service
RedBlueQA is an autonomous bug detection platform that uses browser-based agents to test websites. Two AI agents then debate each detected issue — one arguing it is a real bug, one challenging it — and an independent AI judge delivers a final verdict. The Service operates on a freemium model with Free, Pro, Pro Plus, and Enterprise subscription tiers.
3. User Accounts
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account without permission.
4. Subscription Tiers
Free users are limited to 3 scans per month, 1 persona per scan, up to 3 pages per URL, and 1 lifetime debate. Pro users receive 30 scans per month, up to 8 personas per scan, up to 10 pages per URL, unlimited debates, and GitHub/Jira integration. Pro Plus users receive 100 scans per month, all 52 adversarial personas, up to 50 pages per URL, and email-based support. Enterprise users receive 300 scans per month, all 52 personas, unlimited pages per URL, dedicated email support, and custom contracts. Limits are subject to change with notice. Abuse of free tier limits (e.g. creating multiple accounts to circumvent them) may result in account termination.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to scan websites you do not own or have explicit written permission to test. You agree not to use the Service for any illegal purpose, to distribute malware, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems, or to interfere with the operation of the Service. RedBlueQA reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
6. Payments and Refunds
Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle (paddle.com), who acts as Merchant of Record and handles all billing, tax, and compliance. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method. All charges are in USD. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle's customer portal. You are entitled to a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked. 7. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, UI, and underlying technology of RedBlueQA is owned by or licensed to us. Scan results generated by the Service are yours to use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without written permission.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party services including Anthropic (AI analysis and debate), Supabase (database and authentication), Google (OAuth sign-in), GitHub (OAuth sign-in and issue tracking), Jira (issue tracking), and Paddle (payments and billing). Your use of these integrations is subject to those providers' own terms of service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RedBlueQA does not guarantee that scans will detect all bugs, that results will be accurate, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. AI-generated verdicts are for informational purposes only and should be reviewed by qualified developers before acting on them.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RedBlueQA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of India.
